Frequently Asked Questions

Are you open?

We are open year-round, but have temporarily modified the shop to predominantly curbside service during the COVID-19 pandemic. Visit our store online to place an order! We do have limited in-store shopping hours and you can check out our current hours here. We will update them as we continue to reopen. The bar and event room will be closed until further notice, but checkout our Virtual Tastings on Facebook Live! If you are interested in a virtual event or purchase outside of our regular hours, just send us an email and we’ll see what we can do!

Do you ship or deliver wine?

Unfortunately, Wisconsin state liquor laws do not allow retailers to ship or deliver alcohol. We can coordinate an order and pickup at the shop, but only wineries are allowed to ship to and from Wisconsin at this time.

Do you carry ________ ?

We are experts at tracking down special wines, beers, and spirits. If there is a particular product that you are looking for, but you don’t see it on our website & we don’t currently carry it, we are happy to special-order the item (pending it is licensed for sale in Wisconsin – we have to follow those law things). Just drop us a line and we’ll track down availability and pricing! Whether it is 1 bottle or 100, just ask!

Do you do tastings?

We are currently only offering virtual tastings and have suspended in-store tasting events and bar service. We can plan a special, private virtual tasting for your corporate group, fundraiser, special occasion, and more! Send us an email at sommelier@VintageElkhartLake.com to plan your own, special virtual tasting or join us on Facebook Live for our public virtual tastings each month!

What's up with your bags? Do they hold?

Our signature net bags are super durable and even double as nun-chucks/bolas, if the need arises.

Do you do private events?

We can do all sorts of virtual tasting events and in the furute we look forward to reopenning our event room! Send us an email to plan your event with us!

Will you donate to my fundraiser?

We receive so many requests and try to help as many as we can, but we are no longer accepting requests for 2021. All future requests must be made in-person and be for 501(c)(3) organizations within Sheboygan County to be considered. We appreciate you thinking of Vintage and wanting us to be a part of your event!
